uugl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "uugl," "we," "us," "our" refers to the uugl online gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the uugl website accessible at uugl.net and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the uugl service.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's uugl account at any given time, comprising real money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or any other incentive credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and supervising all gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

By accessing or using any part of the uugl Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and use the uugl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. uugl strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold a Player account.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of uugl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or service partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by uugl, PAGCOR, or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of uugl is lawful in your location.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

uugl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the registration or gaming process. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balance may be subject to review prior to withdrawal.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the uugl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance or bonus funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notifying uugl customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, uugl is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID — along with a recent proof of address dated within the last three months.

All financial transactions on the uugl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). uugl does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of uugl.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your uugl balance within seconds. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet are generally credited within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours, subject to your bank's processing schedule. uugl reserves the right to apply transaction limits and to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding thresholds prescribed by AMLA regulations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. uugl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• uugl reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, suspicious activity, or a breach of these Terms is identified.
• If an account is closed or suspended, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with uugl's internal compliance procedures.
• uugl does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

uugl offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the expiry and forfeiture of any associated bonus funds.
• uugl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusive play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds are applied after real-money funds are exhausted during gameplay, unless the specific promotion terms indicate otherwise.

All games available on the uugl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game.

uugl's random number generator (RNG)-based games are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are made available for all slot titles within the game lobby.

Live casino games are streamed from regulated studio environments operated by licensed live casino providers. All live dealer games are subject to the same standards of fairness and transparency as their RNG counterparts.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming round, uugl's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• uugl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a software fault.
• Players acknowledge that the house edge is an inherent component of all casino games and that gambling outcomes are not guaranteed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uugl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including in live casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160) or any other applicable Philippine law.
• Engaging in charge-backs, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes against legitimate transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing uugl staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any balance therein to another party.

uugl is deeply committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have built a comprehensive suite of player protection tools directly into the Platform to help our players stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered uugl Players through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined timeframe.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity during extended play sessions.

uugl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures — including mandatory limits or account suspension — where there is reasonable evidence of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has requested such measures.

All content on the uugl Platform — including but not limited to the uugl brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of uugl or its licensed content providers and is protected under the intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without uugl's express written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Use uugl's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner that could create confusion as to the source of goods or services.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of uugl's intellectual property will be subject to legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, uugl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your uugl account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uugl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond uugl's reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain account security.
• Any content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services integrated with the Platform, including payment processors and game providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit uugl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

uugl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A request by the Player to self-exclude from the Platform.
• A directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Circumstances where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting uugl customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

uugl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, uugl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at uugl.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the uugl Platform shall first be submitted to uugl's customer support for resolution. uugl aims to resolve all Player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal customer support processes, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with uugl's licensing obligations. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legal rights pending resolution of a dispute.
